Wayne County offering free flu shots at "Health On Wheels" event

(WXYZ) - Wayne County is offering free health screenings and flu shots today as part of its "Health On Wheels" initiative.
The event runs from 1 p.m. until 5 p.m at the Wayne Metro Community Action Agency in Hamtramck.
Screenings will be available for Wayne County residents of all ages.
Those screenings will include testing for diabetes, high blood pressure, cholesterol, body mass index (BMI), HIV and chronic diseases.
The flu shots will be available until supplies run out.
