WXYZ - The Salvation Army will have stores at all metro Detroit locations this Memorial Day.
The stores will offer 50 percent savings on clothes. Also, shoppers can pick up great deals on accessories, home goods and other items. Additionally, there will be bonus sales announced hourly in each store.
"As families celebrate the kickoff of summer, we invite them to pick up all the season essentials at their local Salvation Army Family Thrift Store," said Merle Miller, administrator of the Salvation Army Southeast Michigan Adult Rehabilitation Center. "We're happy to offer the community great value, while benefiting a noble cause."
Proceeds from all stores benefit The Salvation Army Southeast Michigan Adult Rehabilitation Center. The center is an independently funded, 180-day rehabilitation program for adults.
