DETROIT (WXYZ) - A water main break last week at Cass Avenue and Amsterdam Street near Wayne State University has now caused a sinkhole.

The Detroit Water and Sewage Department sent a contractor to fix the break last week and dry up the area.

The area around the sinkhole has been barricaded.
