(WXYZ) - Some T-mobile users may be eligible for a refund because of a lawsuit over deceptive advertising that was settled last week.
Customers who purchased a no-contract plan and equipment between March 26th and April 25th may be able to get their money back.
T-mobile signed a court-ordered agreement to correct advertising that promised no contracts, but had hidden penalties for early termination.
The agreement also allows customers who were tricked by the deceptive ads to end contracts without a penalty.
To see if you're eligible for a refund, call T-mobile at 1-877-746-0909 or dial 611 from your T-mobile phone for more information.
