ALLEN PARK, Mich. (WXYZ) - The State Financial Review Team is recommending that Michigan Governor Rick Snyder appoint an emergency financial manager to run the city of Allen Park.

The team found the city is failing financially in its 12-page letter to Gov. Snyder.
