DETROIT (AP) - The Wayne County prosecutor says she'll decide "very, very soon" whether to file charges in the disappearance of a 2-year-old Detroit girl who has been missing since early December.

Detroit police asked for an arrest warrant in mid-December, two weeks after Bianca Jones was reported missing by her father during a carjacking.

The car was recovered but not the child.

Police have been skeptical of D'Andre Lane's version of events, but he has denied wrongdoing.

Worthy briefly talked about the case Tuesday during a news conference about other matters. She says her office is giving the case a very thorough look.
