(WXYZ) - Threatening notes were found at Schoolcraft Community College on Thursday according to Jim Ryan, an executive from Vista Tech Center.
The first note was found in the Liberal Arts building in the women's restroom. Ryan says campus police came and searched the building and found nothing else.
Then, late Thursday afternoon, a student brought police another note and said it was found in the women's restroom at the Vista Tech Center on campus. Police again did their search and found nothing else, according to Ryan.
Ryan says while they take these matters very seriously, they did not feel the threat was specific or credible and they did not feel anyone was in danger.
Ryan says they will continue to investigate and decide if they need to contact Livonia Police or the Michigan State Police for anything further.
