(WXYZ) - The Detroit primary recount is over tonight with a stamp of approval from the Wayne County Board of Canvassers.
The board voted to certify the recount that changed just nine votes in the mayor's race.
Mike Duggan still won with 52%. Benny Napoleon came in second with 30% and they face-off in November.
The board also dismissed fraud allegations leveled by former candidate Tom Barrow, but several ballots were turned over for further investigation.
