6th Annual Big Day Prep Showdown kicks off Thursday

SOUTHFIELD, Mich. (WXYZ) -- For the sixth straight year, the Michigan high school football season will begin with the Big Day Prep Showdown. This year's games begin Thursday and will feature a seven game schedule at Eastern Michigan University.

Ann Arbor Pioneer Head Coach Jeremy Gold and Detroit Cass Tech Head Coach Thomas Wilcher joined DetroitSports.org's Kurt Kosmowski in a visit to the Sports Update set Sunday night to talk with Tom Leyden about their game and the other six games on the schedule at EMU.
