Verlander a ninja, cheetah in new MLB 2K12 commercial

He's been a busy man this offseason.

Aside from picking up the American League Cy Young and MVP trophies, Justin Verlander has been on the national stage since the Tigers lost in the ALCS.

Talk show appearances, WXYZ Newsmaker of the Year, and unofficial No. 1 Taco Bell fan -- just some of his recent endeavors.

Following his record-setting year, Verlander was named cover boy for 2K Sports' new videogame, MLB 2K12.

The commercial for the game was released Tuesday, and features the Tigers ace playing the game against Angels pitcher C.J. Wilson.
