Former Tigers slugger Willie Horton once again reached out to youngsters in metro Detroit, hosting his annual "Batting For Kids" clinic at Comerica Park Tuesday morning.

The "Batting For Kids" event combines baseball activities with health and fitness clinics for kids between the age of 5-15.

There was a skills competition as well, and trophies were awarded to the best boy and girl in each age division.
