DETROIT (WXYZ) - The Detroit Economic Club have held the 16th annual Detroit Lions Kickoff Luncheon at Ford Field.
The program featured lunch and team introductions in the Ford Field atrium. It was followed by a program featuring head coach Jim Schwartz and the team.
Lions' play-by-play team Dan Miller and Jim Brandstatter served as masters of ceremonies.
The event was sold out.
A portion of the proceeds from the luncheon will go to Detroit Lions Charities. The primary recipient will be the Think Detroit PAL youth football.
