In a move to bolster depth, the Lions have come to terms on a one-year agreement with former Bears defensive tackle Israel Idonije.
Idonije spent the last nine seasons in Chicago and became a free agent after the 2012 season.
Last year, he posted 29 tackles and 7.5 sacks. Since 2004, he's compiled 28.5 sacks, forced six fumbles and receovered five.
