GAME RECAP: Detroit Lions lose tough home game to Green Bay Packers

DETROIT, Mich. - The Detroit Lions lose a key game to Green Bay at home making their playoff run much more difficult, losing 24-20.  Their record is now 4-6 with the tough Houston Texans coming to Ford Field on Thanksgiving.

4:14pm  Mason Crosby finally nails a field goal giving Green Bay a 24-20 lead late in the game.

4:02pm  Aaron Rodgers hits Randall Cobb for a 22 yard touchdown with 1:55 left in the game, Green Bay takes a 21-20 lead.

3:55pm  Jason Hanson nails a 27 yard field goal giving Detroit a 20-14 lead with 4:25 left in the game.

3:37pm  Matthew Stafford gets sacked for the fifth time in the game, Green Bay has the ball at the Detroit 44 yard line early in the fourth quarter.

3:19 pm  Late in the third quarter Matthew Stafford hooks up with Calvin Johnson for a 25 yard touchdown giving Detroit a 17-14 lead.

3:03pm  Matthew Stafford gets picked by M.D. Jennings who returns it 72 yards for the touchdown, Green Bay takes a 14-10 lead. in the third quarter.

2:33pm  Mason Crosby misses a 50 yard field goal, gets a second chance after a Lion penalty and misses again ending the half with Detroit leading 10-7.

2:28pm  Green Bay returns the favor stripping Matthew Stafford, recovering the fumble at the Detroit 42 yard line.

2:24pm  Detroit gets it right back with Jacob Lacey intercepting Aaron Rogers with 1:51 left in the half.

2:20pm  Matthew Stafford gets intercepted by Casey Hayward who returns it 20 yards to the Packer 48 yard line with 2:15 left in the half.

2:00pm  Mikel Leshoure takes it in from 1 yard out for the Lions 11th rushing touchdown of the year, Detroit goes up 10-7 over the Packers.

1:53pm  Matthew Stafford has the Lions moving with a 17 yard pass to Will Heller and a 21 yard completion to Calvin Johnson.

1:46pm  Aaron Rodgers finds Jermichael Finley wide open, he rumbles in for a 20 yard touchdown, Packers lead 7-3.

1:42pm  Lions defense holding tough, they lead the Packers 3-0, end of the first quarter.

1:31pm  Lions settle for a Jason Hanson field goal taking a 3-0 lead over the Packers.

1:28pm  Matthew Stafford hits Calvin Johnson for a 53 yard gain down to the Packers 18 yard line.

1:16pm  Early on both teams with weak first offensive series. Packers now with the ball.
