(WXYZ) - Michigan and Michigan State are battling in Ann Arbor, and the Wolverines are looking to beat the Spartans for the first time in 5 years.
It's been four loses for the Maize and Blue, and four wins for the Green and White.

6:43 p.m. Michigan makes a field goal with :05 left to win it 12 - 10.
6:40 p.m After a game like this, it's fitting it's going to come down to a last second (or so) field goal.
6:32 p.m. The Michigan defense hold the Spartans to a 3 and out and the Wolverines get the ball back with 2 minutes left.
6:26 p.m. Penalties cost Michigan, forcing them out of field goal range. They have to punt with 3:07 left in the game and still down by one.
6:15 p.m. Michigan's defense stands strong on the goal line and MSU has to settle for a field goal. They lead it 10 - 9.
6:05 p.m. MSU fakes a punt deep in their own territory for a big 26 yard pick up.
5:57 p.m. Michigan gets it to the 3, but can't punch it in. They settle for a field goal and a 9 - 7 lead.
5:50 p.m. The 3rd quarter comes to an end with Michigan driving, but without another score. We're heading to the fourth with the Spartans leading 7 - 6.
5:27 p.m. Michigan State puts together an impressive drive, including a broken double-reverse pass, that ends in the ends zone. The Spartans lead 7 - 6 after the PAT.
5:12 p.m. And we're back underway for the 2nd half in Ann Arbor.
4:50 p.m. That's it for the first half. Michigan tries a last second Hail Mary after stopping the Spartans with :08 left on the clock, but Denard Robinson is picked off to send the teams to the locker rooms with the score still 6 - 0.
4:40 p.m. A 48 yard field goal by Michigan sails right through the uprights and the Wolverines go up 6 - 0 as the first half winds down.
4:25 p.m. A 45 yard pass by MSU gets the Spartans nowhere as Michigan's defense holds the Spartans on a short 3 down and the resulting 38 yard field goal is no good. Still 3 - 0 Michigan in the 2nd.
4:15 p.m. Michigan gets into the red zone, but the Wolverines are unable to punch it into the end zone. It's 3 - 0 Michigan in the 2nd quarter.
4:05 p.m. Michigan and Michigan State trade possession through the first quarter, but neither team puts any points on the board. it's 0 - 0 after one at the Big House.
3:37 p.m. MSU gets the ball first, but are unable to score. They punt to the Wolverines.
