Johnathan Banks and Javan "Sugar" Hill stopped by the WXYZ studio to talk with Tom Leyden about the future of the Kronk Boxing Gym.

Legendary trainer Emanuel Steward left behind marching orders for his two top lieutenants.  Javan was named the head trainer of Kronk Boxing, taking over for Emanuel and leading the vision for the future.

Banks, who defeated Seth Mitchell on November 17 to muddy the rankings in the heavyweight division, not only finds himself among the top ranked boxers in his weight class, he also is a top-flight trainer.

Banks took over the responsibility of training heavyweight champion Wladimir Klitschko, leading him to another title defense on November 10.

What's next?  What's the plan?  How have they dealt with the emotion of losing their mentor and a boxing legend? Watch the interview as all of those topics are discussed.
