EAST LANSING, Mich. - The Big Ten has honored Le'Veon Bell for the third time this season, after rushing for a career-best 266 yards and one touchdown in Michigan State's win Saturday.
He was named Big Ten co-offensive player of the week.
The Spartans 26-10 victory over Minnesota made them bowl eligible.
Bell's 266 yards were good for the sixth-highest total in MSU history. He has amassed 1648 rushing yards this year, with 11 touchdowns.
Three times this season, Bell has run for over 200 yards in a game.
