CHICAGO (WXYZ) - The Lions suffered more than just a 13-7 loss to the Bears on Monday Night Football.
Detroit will continue the season without its wide receiver Nate Burleson, who broke his right leg in the third quarter after getting hit by Chicago's Tim Jennings.
Burleson would be carted off the field.
Burleson, who recorded 224 yards receiving and two touchdowns this season, is a Lions team leader who serves as a mentor to other players in the organization.
