VIDEO: Michigan fan makes musical tribute to QB Denard Robinson

(WXYZ) - It's one of the most anticipated games of college football's opening weekend.

Michigan will find themselves battling it out against the defending national champion Alabama Crimson Tide.

The game is set for prime time Saturday night at Cowboys Stadium.

To get fans hyped for the game, a die-hard Wolverine came up with a musical tribute to No. 16, quarterback Denard Robinson.

Pat Stansik is a Michigan graduate, an Ann Arbor native and even a songwriter.

The focus of Stansik's latest song is the guy known around Michigan as "shoelace."
