EAST LANSING, Mich. - Michigan State is bound for Tempe, Arizona, to play in the Buffalo Wild Wings Bowl.

The Spartans will face TCU in the Dec. 29 game and a 10:15 p.m. kickoff on ESPN.

The Spartans accepted the bid Sunday at the team's regular season banquet when Mark Hollis answered a call from bowl officials.

For the sixth consecutive year, MSU is bowl eligible. That mark is a school record.

The Spartans won their first bowl game under Mark Dantonio last season, beating Georgia in the Outback Bowl.
