(WXYZ) - The last time Michigan announced the men’s basketball team would wear alternate uniforms, the players took the floor wearing highlighter yellow from head to toe. It made the old guard cringe.
Adidas has produced a new jersey for Michigan to wear against Penn State February 16 th. The uniforms are exact remakes of the white jerseys worn by the Wolverines in the 60’s and will pay tribute to the opening of Crisler Arena in 1968.
Adidas has yet to release photos of the throwback uniforms, but these uniforms probably won’t make Michigan fans cringe.
