The Detroit Red Wings made their annual visit to the Economic Club of Detroit luncheon in downtown Detroit on Thursday afternoon.
The players in attendance shared their tables with members and guests while head coach MIke Babcock addressed the crowd. Many of the players were introduced but the loudest ovation was for Wings captain Nick Lidstrom.
This visit to the Economic Club always seems to signal that playoff time is near as the Wings set their sights on a winning the Stanley Cup.
