For the ninth time in his collegiate career, Michigan quarterback Denard Robinson has been named Big Ten Offensive Player of the Week.

Robinson shared the honor this week with Ohio State running back Carlos Hyde.

Robinson rushed for 235 yards in the Wolverines win over Purdue this weekend.  During the game, he became the Big Ten's all-time leader for yards rushing by a quarterback.

His 3.905 career rushing yards rank fourth in NCAA history among quarterbacks.

Robinson was last named Offensive Player of the Week on September 10, 2012.

The Wolverines return home to face Illinois this Saturday with a 3-2 record.
