(WXYZ) - There were some shakeups in the AP Top 25 this week with Notre Dame upsetting Michigan State and Stanford getting by USC.

The Spartans dropped 11 spots to No. 21 after falling to the Irish, 20-3. Notre Dame moved up from No. 20 to No. 11.

Alabama remains atop the poll receiving 58 of a possible 60 first place votes. LSU received the other two first place votes and sits at #2 currently.

Oregon, Florida State, and Georgia round out the top five.

Michigan fell one spot to No. 18 after defeating Massachusetts 63-13 Saturday afternoon. Denard Robinson threw for 291 yards and rushed for another 106 and was able to sit for most of the second half. Michigan now begins to prepare for Notre Dame, who toppled the Spartans last night at Spartan Stadium in East Lansing.

Ohio State is the highest ranked Big Ten team, sitting at No. 16.
