DETROIT, Mich. (WXYZ) -- Justin Verlander has had a remarkable career so far.

He was the Rookie of the Year, voted to four All-Star teams, pitched in a World Series, has 2 no-hitters, and has reached 20 wins in a season for the first time.

A lot of pitchers don’t so all that in a career.

And Justin’s far from done. I had a chance to talk to him about this year’s Cy Young Award, which he definitely should win, and even the possibility he does the rare double by also winning the Most Valuable Player Award.

Justin made it very clear, the team comes first. But he was not afraid to meet a lot of issues pertaining to him and the team, head on.

Check out my conversation with the guy I believe, right now, is the best pitcher in baseball.
