FORECAST: Rain and snow this evening

DETROIT (WXYZ) - Rain and snow showers will move through this evening, especially near and south of I-94. There could be some more scattered snow showers late tonight into tomorrow morning.  However, tomorrow evening a stronger system works into the area.  A Winter Storm Watch has been issued ahead of that system for 4" or more of fresh snow.

This evening: Mostly cloudy with snow/rain showers in the south. Temps in the 30s / Winds: SW 10-15

Tonight: Mostly cloudy, snow chance late. Lows: 31-33 / Winds: SW 5-10

Thursday: Cloudy, snow showers possible early and then rain & snow likely late in the day.  Highs: 38-40 / Winds: SE 5-10

Thursday night: Winter Storm Watch all night.  Snow accumulations of 4" or more possible.  Lows: 31-33 / Winds: W 10

Friday: Morning snow then snow showers possible.  Highs: 35-38 / Winds: W 15-20
