DETROIT (WXYZ) - A FROST ADVISORY WILL GO INTO EFFECT FOR LAPEER, ST. CLAIR AND SANILAC COUNTIES FROM 2 AM - 7 AM SUNDAY.  PATCHY FROST IS POSSIBLE FROM THE TRI CITIES SOUTHWARD TO THE M-59 CORRIDOR.

The holiday weekend will stay below average temperature-wise, but we will be moderating, rising to near 70 by Memorial Day Monday.

NEXT 48 HOURS:

Tonight:  Mostly clear, still cool.  Lows: 39-45  / Winds: Light NE

Sunday: Mostly sunny, a bit milder. Highs: 66-70 / Winds: NE 5-10

Monday, Memorial Day: More cloud cover, pleasant and slightly warmer. Highs: 67-71 / Winds: SE 5

Tuesday: Mostly cloudy with a  chance for showers and thunderstorms (30%).  Highs: 74-77 / Winds: S 5-10
