DTE works to restore electricity to 9,000 more

(WXYZ) - DTE Energy works to restore electricity to thousands of people.
As of 8:50 a.m. DTE Energy reports 9,000 remain without power.
Work is still underway to restore full power to Ferndale and Redford, areas hard-hit by outages. DTE says they believe they have resolved their equipment issues.
They are hoping to have power fully restored by the end of the day Friday.
