CANTON, Mich. (WXYZ) - Canton's 23rd annual Liberty Fest returns to Heritage Park this weekend, June 12-14.
It features a full lineup of carnival rides, games and special attractions.
There's also a family zone. To save money, you can purchase a single day armband in advance.
There's also the Thursday Night Concert series featuring the Dan Rafferty Band. It starts at 7:30 p.m.
Also, a Zumba Party in Pink at the amphitheater. Wear pink to support breast cancer research.
If you aren't into the carnival rides, there's an adult beverage tent open from 4 p.m. to 11 p.m. on Thursday and Friday, and 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Saturday.
The Taste of Canton is happening too where local restaurants are presenting their local specialties competing for bragging rights. Also, Motor City Street Eats' upscale gourmet food trucks will be there Friday and Saturday from 5 p.m. to 11 p.m.
Be amazed and be amused as the Detroit Circus performs at 2 p.m.; 3 p.m.; 4 p.m.; and 5:30 p.m. near the Canton LIVE! Stage on both Friday and Saturday.
The event runs from 1 p.m. to 11 p.m. Thursday and Friday and 10:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. Sunday.
Heritage Park is located adjacent to Canton's Administration Building, west of Canton Center Road between Cherry Hill Road and Summit Parkway.
