Stars and Stripes Festival under way at Freedom Hill

Returns to Freedom Hill for first time in 4 years

STERLING HEIGHTS, Mich., (WXYZ) - The Stars and Stripes Festival is under way at Freedom Hill.

All sorts of fun activities are planned, including concerts, fireworks and a carnival. Plus, you can meet and hang out with the 7 Action News crew!

Some of the bands that will take the stage include Randy Travis, Puddle of Mudd, and Collective Soul.

The free event runs all weekend, concluding with a fireworks show around 10:45 Sunday night.

Freedom Hill is located on 16 Mile Road in Sterling Heights.
