(WXYZ) - Get together with your friends and family, pop some popcorn, and grab a front row seat for Movies at the Metroparks!
The Detroit Institute of Arts and Detroit Film Theatre are hosting movie nights in select Metroparks as part of the Firefly Film Festival.
The world’s famous monster movie, Godzilla, is celebrating its 60th anniversary and will be shown the first three Friday nights in August. But the fun doesn’t end! Paying tribute to the iconic band, The Beatles, A Hard Day’s Night will be showing on Saturday August 2, 9, and 16.
The event will be taking place at the Kensington, Stony Creek, and Willow Metroparks. Admission is free and open for all families. Showtime begins at 8:45 p.m.
