Hospice

St. John Providence Hospice addresses the physical, emotional, educational, social, and spiritual needs of terminally ill patients, their caregivers, and families when curative measures may no longer be an option. Our interdisciplinary team will develop an individual care plan focused on pain management, symptom control, support, quality care, and a sense of worth and dignity.

We strive to enable patients to live their lives fully and we provide opportunities for patients, caregivers and families to better communicate and work towards resolving any unfinished issues they may be experiencing.

Our comprehensive services are provided to address the needs of the patients, caregivers, and families, 24 hours a day, seven days a week, in their home or place of residence.
