DEARBORN, Mich. (WXYZ) - Muscle car lovers revved their engines and took a trip down memory lane for the 23rd Annual Mustang Memories All-Ford Car Show on August 7.
The event, which took over the parking lot of Ford's World Headquarters in Dearborn, showcased nearly a thousand cars. Owners proudly polished their vehicles and raised the hoods to show what was inside.
Organizers estimate at least 26 states were represented. The car show is sponsored by the Mustang Owners Club of Southeastern Michigan and is the largest one-day Mustang event in the Midwest.
Club president Mike Rey said, "This year it's definitely the Boss reunion. We had 131 at 9:45 this morning and that's the second largest gathering of Bosses in the United States. So we're very, very proud of that one."
