Company apologizes to customers.

It's not often a major retailer gets on its knees and apologizes, but that's exactly what
JCPenney is doing.
It has just released
a new TV ad, essentially saying "we messed up, and we are sorry!"
The ad, being broadcast on network TV and on
Penney's YouTube channel says:
"Recently JCPenney changed. Some changes you liked, some you didn't. What matters with mistakes is what we learned. Come back to JCPenney, we heard you."
The ad brings back the old JCPenney logo: Theres no JCP logo to be seen.
The store admits its new no-sales policy it launched last year was a failure, and wants to bring back its traditional, loyal shoppers who deserted it.
The question now: have they moved on to other stores, or will they come back?
