Home prices continue to drop in U.S.

(WXYZ) - A new report out today shows home prices continue to drop in the U.S., with Metro Detroit being the hardest hit market in the country.

According to Clear Capital , home values in our area dropped nearly 12% over the last year. Quarter-over-quarter losses were 15.5%

Nationally, year-over-year home prices lost 2.6% and quarter-over-quarter home prices declined 1.6%.
