DENVER - A change is coming to your Twitter profile. The company announced the new design will being rolling out to users Tuesday.
Some changes briefly and unexpectedly appeared on some users accounts in March as a test. The announcement Tuesday explains some of the features identified as notable questions during that test.
The size of the tweets, for example, was not initially clear. Twitter explains that the size is relative to the amount of engagement that individual tweet received.
At the top of the profile pages, bigger header photos will now be accommodated. During the test, some observed the photo was apparently stretched to fit.
Other features will allow users to pin one of their messages to the top of their profile and filter the tweets they see when viewing the timeline.
What do you think of the changes?
