WATERFORD, Mich. (WXYZ) - A former special education aide is charged with sexually assaulting three high school students.
Amy Ellsworth is charged with both first and third degree criminal sexual conduct. In all she is facing six felony counts.
Police say Ellsworth had sex with three Waterford Mott High School school students both on and off campus. The school has been cooperating with the investigation, which began last month. She was arraigned on the charges Thursday.
Ellsworth is no longer working at the school. She was a non-instructional aid, which means she would be there to help the students with non-academic issues.
