(WXYZ) - Two Oakland University basketball players were arrested on allegations of rape and questioned in Culver City, California.
Duke Mondy and Dante Williams are each being held on $100,000 bond, 7 Action News has confirmed with the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department.
Mondy and Williams were arrested Thursday after officers responded to a hotel in Culver City after receiving a 911 call from a woman.
The woman reported she had been a victim of sexual assault in one of the rooms.
A spokesperson for Oakland University confirms that Mondy and Williams are not with the team in Berkeley, where OU is scheduled to play the University of California tonight.
We have just confirmed thought the district attorney's office that charges will not be filed.
"The case was reviewed today for filing consideration...but we declined to file due to insufficient evidence."
The players have since been released.
Oakland University officials say that both players have been placed on an interim suspension from the team pending an internal review.
