World Emoji Day is Monday and in celebration, Apple is previewing new emoji that will be released later this year.

According to Apple, there will be 69 new emoji that launch later this year, but on Monday, they released images of 12 of them.

Those include a woman breastfeeding, a woman with a headscarf, a star-struck emoji and an exploding head.

Others released include a bearded person, a zombie, t-rex, zebra, sandwich, coconut and more.

"The new emoji make it easier for for users to express themselves with greater diversity, additional animals and creatures, new smiley faces and more," Apple said in a press release.

It's not clear when the new emoji will hit iOS, macOS and watchOS, but it's expected they could arrive in the fall with the new iPhone.
