For high school students, going to prom can be costly -- especially when it comes to buying a dress.
One programs has been working -- for 10 years -- to make sure all girls who want to attend, have that opportunity.
The Belle of the Ball prom dress giveaway is Saturday at the Boys and Girls Club at 16500 Tireman on Detroit's west side. It runs from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., but dresses will be available on a first come, first served basis.
