The Sanilac County Sheriff's Office said they recovered a body in Lake Huron on Sunday afternoon. The body is believed to be that of a missing 60-year-old Macomb Township man, who went missing from his boat in August.

According to deputies, the body was found in the 6200 block of South Lakeshore Road in Worth Township. A man discovered the body while walking on the beach around 11:49 a.m. Sunday.

Investigators believe the body is that of the Patrick Presutti, who went missing on Aug. 30. We're told Presutti left his home after an argument with his wife on Aug. 29, and was last seen getting onto his boat alone at the Bouvier Bay Marina on Aug. 30.

Deputies recovered his partially submerged vessel on Sept. 7, about 86 miles north from the Bouvier Bay Marina.

According to deputies, there is clear evidence that someone tried to sink the boat. At least six standard size life jackets were found in the cabin.

Deputies said the cause of death has yet to be determined, and an autopsy is scheduled for Tuesday.
