(WXYZ) - The City of Detroit is dealing with more than 100 water main breaks because of the severe cold, but now there's a new dilemma.
Busted pipes are flooding basements in one area of the city. Residents on the east side say that water started flowing last Thursday, but it just started showing up in their basements.
Now, they're without water or heat.
