(WXYZ) - Two Canton teens home during spring break ran to an upstairs closet to hide and call 911 during a home invasion.
Listen to the 911 call in the video above.
A 16-year-old boy was on the phone with the 911 operator while his 17-year-old sister was next to him.
Within 4 minutes, Canton Police arrived and caught 28-year-old Michael Steven Toth in the act. You hear the entire event on the 911 call as the operator keeps the teen on the line until police cleared the house.
Toth is charged with nine counts of home invasion, larceny and using burglary tools.
The teen's dad tells 7 Action News they did the right thing calling police before they called him.
