Park officials say the main Sandusky, Ohio water main that supplies water to Cedar Point broke on Saturday morning. By Saturday evening, they said crews were working to restore water service to the amusement park, but it could take several hours to complete.

Now that the water main is fixed, crews will have additional procedures that must be taken before the park can be reopened to the public.

Cedar Point says it will honor all tickets on any operating day in 2014 where the park is open to the public.
