UPDATE: Police say the missing girls have been found.
Detroit police are asking for help finding two missing teen girls.
Officers say 13-year-old Nicole Allen got into an argument with her mother as they were driving home, in the area of Schaeffer and Joy Road Friday night. Nicole then got out of the car, walking east on Joy Road.
Police say Allen then met up with 15-year-old Laila Taylor. The two of them ran off and have not been home since.
Police say both girls are in good mental and physical health. Nicole wears glasses with tape on the side and was last seen wearing a purple hooded sweatshirt and basketball shorts. Laila was last seen wearing a royal blue Michael Kors coat, burgundy striped shirt, burgundy pants and black rain boots.
Anyone who has seen them or who knows where they are should call the Detroit Police Department immediately.
