(WXYZ) - A spokesperson for DMC Sinai-Grace Hospital says that the eight victims that were brought to the hospital after Wednesday's tragic fire at Jason Manor in Detroit had injuries including smoke inhalation and fractures.
We're told at least four patients remain at the hospital for treatment.
The staff was so moved by the tragedy of the victims' loss that they started a collection for them.
Anyone interested in helping the families, can drop off a check in the drop box inside the hospital's cashier's office between now and March 13. Checks should be made payable to St. Vincent de Paul Fire Fund with "Fire victims of Jason Manor" written in the memo line.
