MISSING CHILDREN: Father of one arrested in Georgia after mom's body found in vacant Detroit home

(WXYZ) - The father of a missing child from Detroit has been arrested in Georgia.

Erin Justice was taken into custody yesterday, just two days after the mother of his missing child was found dead.

Sources tell 7 Action News they believe 27-year-old Alicia Fox was killed in a house on Ardmore Street, located on Detroit's west side. Michigan State Police were at the house overnight and detected blood inside.

Police say Fox lived in the Ardmore house with her two kids, 6-year-old Kaylah Hunter and 8-month-old Kristian Justice, before she was killed.

The mother's body was found Monday at an abandoned home on Penrod Street, according to police.

Right now, a missing children's task force is searching the home on Ardmore Street after a K9 keyed on something in the backyard.

Fox was last seen with her two children leaving the house in late May.
