(ASSOCIATED PRESS) - The Engineering Society of Detroit will hold an Engineering and Technology Job Fair on April 7 at the Suburban Collection Showplace in Novi.
The fair, which will run 2-7 p.m., will connect prospective employees with more than 20 companies, with hundreds of job openings. Employees include DTE Energy Co., Denso International America Inc., Consumers Energy, Link Engineering Co., Valeo and Magna Powertrain Inc.
Companies that would like to showcase at the fair or skilled workers looking for a job can get information at www.esd.com .
Recruitment booths for companies are $395 for ESD members and $495 for nonmembers.
There is no cost for job-seekers if they are ESD members. Nonmembers will pay $15 if they register by March 28 and $20 after, which includes a one-year membership to ESD.
