WATERFORD, Mich. (WXYZ) - A former employee of the Waterford School District has been charged with three counts of third degree criminal sexual conduct.
Brian Drake is the former coordinator of the Performing Arts Center. He is accused of having a sexual relationship with a Waterford Mott High School student in the theatre area of Waterford Kettering High School. Police began the investigation in September after allegations about the encounters surfaced.
Drake pleaded not guilty to the charges during an appearance in 51st District Court. He was released on $15,000 bond. Drake faces at least 15 years in prison if he's convicted.
