Gingerbread House on Display in Rochester

Gingerbread House
(WXYZ)- The Salvation Army is hoping to be a part of a sweet new holiday tradition.

The organization has teamed up with the Royal Park Hotel in Rochester to raise money to feed those in need across Metro Detroit.

People can buy "bricks" from the house for just $10 inside the hotel's Sugar Shop. One donation of $10 will feed one person for an entire month.

The 8' treat is believed to the largest Gingerbread House in Michigan.
